Fortify your immune system for fall.

  • Apply 3 drops Orange on the palm and rotate gently around the Spleen in a counterclockwise direction. Do this very slowly.
  • Slowly breathe in the fragrance of the Orange and sunlight energy flowing into the Spleen.
  • Do so everyday until you feel immune system getting better and better.

Do not expose in sunlight as orange is photosensitive to skin.

DIY Toothpaste

DIY Toothpaste
3 Tbs coconut oil
3 Tbs baking soda
25 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
1 packet Stevia or other sweetener
2 tsp vegetable glycerin

Mash together baking soda and coconut oil. Mix in all other ingredients to form a paste. Store in a jar.

Dip in brush when you want to use.

AIMS: To identify the chemical constituents of voilital oil from blood orange (Citrus sinensis (L) Osbeck) and understand the possible mechanisms of inhibition of colon cancer cell proliferation.

KEY FINDINGS: BVOE exhibited dose-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in the colon cancer cells, as confirmed by flow cytometry.
