Check your essential oil bottle labels.

Know when to raise the RED FLAG!

Do not take internally, is on the label even if the oil is food-grade like grapefruit.                             Do not use undiluted on the skin, even if the oil is gentle like lavender.                                                 For dietary use is written. Young Living makes it clear when the oil is safe for ingestion.               Many Young Living oils can be applied on the skin undiluted except for hot oils like cinnamon & clove.                                                                                                                                                                                100% pure, many essential oils can be labeled as such even if the purity is less.                                    If the essential oils have expiry dates, then they may contain other oils that may go rancid.         Young Living is very transparent & opens its farms for us to visit. They are labled 100% therapeutic-grade.                                                                                                                                                     Except for citrus oils, Young Living essential oils do not expire. Essential oils inside the pyramids can still be used today.
